Margaret River Kitchen Renovation – A Complete Transformation for Only a Little More

When our Margaret River clients first approached us, they had been exploring the idea of replacing their existing doors, benchtops and splashbacks to refresh their kitchen.

After discussing their goals and reviewing the space, we developed an alternative approach that allowed them to completely transform the kitchen rather than simply updating the existing cabinetry.

For only a few thousand dollars more than the cosmetic upgrade quotes they had already received, we were able to replace the entire kitchen and create a far more functional and visually cohesive space.

The original kitchen felt dated and lacked the storage, workflow and functionality the homeowners were looking for. By reimagining the layout and cabinetry design, we created a kitchen that feels brighter, more spacious and significantly more practical for everyday use.

A major feature of the renovation is the expansive solid surface benchtop, providing generous preparation space while creating a clean and seamless finish throughout the kitchen. The new layout also incorporates a built-in pull-out bin system and increased drawer storage to improve functionality and organisation.

Glass-panel overhead cabinetry was introduced to add visual interest and create a lighter, more open feel. Combined with the striking blue tiled splashback and crisp white cabinetry, the space now feels fresh, welcoming and timeless.

The finished kitchen delivers a dramatic transformation that not only modernises the room but provides substantially improved storage, functionality and day-to-day usability.

This project is a great example of how a carefully planned renovation can often deliver far greater value than simply updating selected components of an existing kitchen.
